For initial orders we ask for a 50% deposit when the initial order is placed with ourselves, and then the balance on completion of the order. If your invoice requires a Purchase Order (PO) Number and/or reference, we ask that you supply the details before your order is completed.

Trade accounts are available on request once a trading history has been established.

Educational and public organisations should contact us for specific details so we can discuss the best method of payment for you.

We take the quality of your experience as well as the quality of the work we produce incredibly seriously. If you have any issues what so ever with the product produced for you or the way the process has been handled, please contact me Sam Eason, and I will ensure the matter is resolved to your satisfaction.

Yes!

From 10am until 4pm, there is a loading bay located in front of our premises. Spaces are limited, but if available allows you 20 minutes to load. Alternatively, you can park for 2.5 hours free of charge in B&Q or 2 hours in Morrisons car parks, both of which are a very short walk from us. We are always happy to help carry bulky or heavy items to your car if you park in either of the supermarket car parks.
