How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you visit our website, contact us about our products and services, submit a request for a quotation, place an order, or if you register to receive email communications from us. If you contact us for employment purposes or to supply products and services, we may also keep a record of that correspondence, and your information.

If you request a quotation or purchase a product and/or service from us, we will also collect a relevant telephone number. No credit card information is held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors.

Where we do this, we insist that any third party data processor adheres to protection of your personal information to at least the same standard as we do and in line with The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

Website Analytics

Our website may also use Google Analytics for our internal use only. The information collected is used to improve our website usability and is stored and used for aggregated and statistical reporting.
